A Real Estate Professional since 1993, Colleen has experience as a sales associate and managing broker. She has been involved in or overseen thousands of transactions which allows her to anticipate and avoid many of the obstacles that can occur in a real estate transaction. Colleen has experience along the Garden State Parkway, 287 and 78 corridors which includes Morris, Somerset, Essex, Union and Hudson counties. Awards include being named to the Top 10% of Managing Brokers nationwide, ranking in the top 10% of sales associates for Coldwell Banker and earning the NJ Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence award.

 Colleen’s real estate career began in 1993 as a sales associate with Burgdorff Realtors, a family-owned firm with 30+ offices. Always a consistent producer she acted as a company appointed mentor for new agents while excelling in real estate sales. In 2009 after the company had become an ERA franchise, it merged with sister company Coldwell Banker. That transition allowed Colleen to remain a consistent producer, qualifying for Circle of Excellence and ranking in Top 10% of the Company. She obtained her NJ Broker's License in 2010 which offered her additional training in negotiations and agency law. She accepted a position in 2012 as Branch Vice President/Managing Broker, managing offices in both Essex and Somerset Counties. Colleen resigned from managing and returned to real estate sales and marketing in April 2019 and once more is enjoying helping those with real estate needs while offering thorough communication and expert market knowledge and negotiations.

 Colleen is a lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, raised in Clifton, with 30+ years in Maplewood and a recent move to Basking Ridge with her husband George. George has been the Managing Broker/Branch VP of the Westfield West Coldwell Banker office since 2002. Son Matt, also a real estate professional, has relocation and real estate sales experience with both Corcoran and Coldwell Banker as Relocation Director. He is now affiliated with Sotheby's Prominent Properties as VP of Strategic Partnerships. Daughter Maggie resides in Western Massachusetts, providing graphic design and digital communications for the non-profit, SVARA. Youngest son Bobby is employed by MLB Network as a Emmy award winning Broadcast Associate at their studio in Secaucus NJ.
